How it works for mastic and sealant applicators
Free to join and browse. See sealant jobs in your area from homeowners and contractors, subscribe to claim the ones you want, and compete with at most 2 other applicators per job.
- Create an account. It is free. Choose the sealant work you do (bathroom and kitchen, windows and doors, movement joints, façades, floor joints, new-build plots, commercial), your base postcode and the radius you work in. You can add whole postcode areas too.
- Confirm your email. We send a link when you sign up. As soon as you click it you can see jobs.
- Add cards if you like. A trading name and cards are optional: add a CSCS card, an IPAF PAL card or a PASMA card if you hold one, because contractors often ask for them.
- Browse the job feed. You see open sealant jobs of your types in your area: the description, photos, size estimate, timing, who is posting and the postcode district. Never the customer's name or contact details.
- Subscribe when you are ready. £14.99 for your first month, then £19.99/month, cancel anytime, prices include VAT. You pay by card on Stripe's page, and cancel or change your card from your account.
- Claim a job. Send a short message and a guide price. Responding to jobs needs a monthly subscription: £14.99 for your first month, then £19.99/month, cancel anytime (pricing). At most 3 applicators can claim each job.
- Get chosen. If the customer picks you, their contact details appear under My claims and we email you. You agree the price and the work directly with them.
What you need to join

Jobs where the poster thinks old mastic may contain asbestos carry a clear warning. Do not disturb suspect material until it has been tested.
Good to know
- No commission on the work and no per-job fees: one monthly subscription covers as many jobs as you want to claim. It does not guarantee any number of jobs.
- Cancel anytime: you keep access until the end of the month you have paid for, and it does not renew.
- Optional: list your business in the public applicator directory. Your phone and email are never shown.
- Customers who reply "No" to "was it done well?" are followed up by us. Customers and applicators can report misuse to us, and we suspend accounts that break the terms.
